Experienced Consultants

Lucas Love is always keen to speak to experienced Recruitment Consultants with a strong track record of delivering to their existing clients. We offer leadership and management training to help consultants take their career to the next level and will always consider building a team around the right consultant if they can demonstrate to us that they will be well received by our clients.

Training

At Lucas Love, we are aware that our value is determined by the strength of our consultants, our relationships with our clients and the proprietary market data we have amassed. As such, we view our consultants as long term investments and offer a structured and compelling training programme.

All consultants receive induction, sales, negotiations, client relationship management, market mapping and head hunting training. Once established at Lucas Love, a successful consultant can expect to receive team leader and management training as they progress their career.
