Ryan Cleland-Bogle: Managing Director
Prior to Founding Lucas Love in December 2008, Ryan spent 5 years as a Director of Carrington Fox, an Investment Banking Head Hunting Consultancy with offices in London, New York and Hong Kong.
Ryan Graduated from Edinburgh University with a BComm in Business
Susanne Ritchie: Group Finance Director
Susanne joined Lucas Love in 2009 having previously worked as a Manager in Pricewaterhouse and
subsequently had her own Management Consultancy business advising a variety of small/medium sized
businesses across NI.
Susanne graduated from Dublin City University with a BA (Hons) in Accounting & Finance. She is a
Fellow member of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
Sarah Fowler (Rowley): Director, Head of Legal Recruitment Team
Sarah brings with her ten years legal recruitment experience recruiting from newly qualified solicitors
through to Partners/Heads of Legal within Private Practice and Industry and Commerce. She worked for
Michael Page, Robert Walters and Longbridge Search & Selection in London prior to moving to Belfast.
Sarah joined Lucas Love in 2009 and has a strong client base in Ireland, London and the West of
England. She has extensive experience delivering on both search and contingency mandates on behalf of
her clients.
Sarah graduated from Bournemouth University with an LLB in Business Law.
James Gibbs: Manager, Head of Financial Services and Insurance Recruitment Team
James has been with Lucas Love since its formation and he brings a wealth of recruitment experience to
the company.
James has spent over 7 years recruiting into the Irish Financial Services sector, and specializes in senior
individual and team moves.
Peter Curran: Manager: Head of Finance & Accountancy Recruitment Team
Peter joined Lucas Love in 2009 to develop the Finance & Accountancy recruitment division for the
Group across Ireland – North & South.
Prior to this Peter played a lead role in the set-up and successful development of Michael Page
International's move into the Irish market, building a successful Finance & Accountancy division for the
PLC, headquartered in Dublin.
Peter graduated from Queen’s University Belfast with a BA Hons in European Business Studies.
Janine Fullerton: Head of Client Relationship Management
Prior to joining Lucas Love as Head of Client Relationship Management, Janine worked as an Account
Manager for Wombat Financial Software, a company later acquired by the New York Stock Exchange
(NYSE) Euronext. Within NYSE Euronext, Janine was responsible for managing client relationships with
customers globally.
Janine graduated from University of Ulster with a MSc in Communications, Advertising and Public
Relations and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies.
Karl Lippett: Manager, Head of IT Recruitment
Prior to joining the IT team at Lucas Love, Karl spent three years at Prime Personnel in the City of London where he specialised in Finance Recruitment.
Clare Dolan: Group HR Officer
Prior to joining Lucas Love, Clare worked in human resources for a hotel chain and spent 3 years working as a specialist recruitment consultant. Clare graduated from University of Ulster with a BSc (Hons) in Business Studies and a Diploma in Industrial Studies. Clare is currently studying part-time for an MA in Human Resource Management and is a member of CIPD.
