This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious, hardworking corporate lawyer to join this impressive niche practice.

Our client is now looking to expand and require a corporate lawyer to help them build on the excellent reputation they have obtained.

Knowledge, skills and experience

· 3+ years' pqe.

· Excellent academics.

· Background will include sound corporate training in a City firm or high quality regional firm and ideally (but not essentially) experience within emerging contracts work, outsourcing, public procurement and IP/IT.

· Confident, relaxed and robust personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Identifies opportunities and solutions and always has the clients' commercial objectives in mind and the ability to think on feet.

· Exceptional drafting skills - takes a real pride in his/her written work.

· Well organised and detail oriented, working well to deadlines.

· Comfortable working on his/her own matters or as part of a team.

· Actively seeks ways to contribute to areas of client development and care and the group's business, marketing and training.
